Why work with PhilRoom
- We take nothing from your commission. What you earn on a lease is between you and your broker. We are the platform, not the brokerage.
- You pay for listing, not for closing. Everything is free until 12 December 2026, and three rooms stay free after that. Beyond that you pay by how many rooms you keep live.
- Your listings stay yours. Every enquiry on a unit goes to the person handling it, so the tenant reaches you directly.
- You do not have to hunt for tenants. We bring them in Filipino, English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese, and every enquiry goes to the person handling that unit.
- Bring your own broker. We do not sponsor PRC accreditation — you should already be working under a licensed broker.
- Who can do this. PRC accreditation needs a Filipino citizen with at least 2 years of college (72 units) and a 12-unit real estate seminar. That is the law, not our rule.
