We are a rental platform that does not leave dead listings up. We bring the tenants. What we need is a licensed broker to supervise transactions and sponsor our salespersons.
- You supervise — you don't prospect. No listing hunting, no client sourcing.
- Residential leases, owner-direct units only. No broker chains.
- Non-exclusive. Keep your own practice and your own clients.
What you get
- Your team lists under one account. Everyone posts with their own login and the rooms sit together under you.
- We take nothing from your commission. What your team earns on a lease stays between you and them — we are the platform, not a brokerage.
- You pay for listing, not for closing. Everything is free until 12 December 2026, and after that you pay by how many rooms you keep live.
If your license is lapsed or close to expiry, apply anyway — that's a conversation, not a disqualification.
