Licensed broker — supervision partnership
We're a rental platform for foreigners living in the Philippines. We bring the tenants. What we need is a licensed broker to supervise transactions and sponsor our salespersons.
- You supervise — you don't prospect. No listing hunting, no client sourcing.
- Residential leases, owner-direct units only. No broker chains.
- Non-exclusive. Keep your own practice and your own clients.
If your license is lapsed or close to expiry, apply anyway — that's a conversation, not a disqualification.

Territories never overlap — so that one landlord is never called by three of our people. Tell us your preferred area in the application and we will assign it.
