Cebu IT Park is the city’s outsourcing district, built on a former airfield and running on the same night-shift schedule as its counterparts in Manila. Restaurants stay open accordingly. It is compact, walkable and mostly vertical, which is unusual for Cebu, and the towers are occupied largely by people working in the offices beside them.
