You take the whole building, not a number of rooms.

An office inside one condo has a different problem from an agency: the building is the inventory. Counting rooms makes no sense when you might have four units this month and forty the next. So there is one flat fee for the building, and no cap on how many units you list inside it.

Free until 2026년 12월 12일, like everything else. We never take a cut of what you earn on a lease.

People do not search “two-bedroom in Makati” once they have picked a tower — they search the tower by name. That page already exists here, with what is around it, how to get there, and the units that are live inside it right now. Those units are whatever you have posted.

What we ask in return

Every unit needs that confirmation every 30 days, or it comes down on its own. In one building this is the easiest it ever gets — you already know which units are open — and it is why a tenant believes the list.
