If you have a room or three, you never pay. That is not a trial. Team logins come with every paid plan, not just the big ones — a two-person office should not need the enterprise tier to give the second person an account.

A room that gets taken keeps its place for 30 days, then leaves the count on its own. Nothing is ever deleted — a room that goes is marked as gone, so the people who were looking at it can see what happened.

More than 150 rooms to let? Talk to us. Pre-selling and resale are a separate product — those go through Lister, not these plans.

If you are the leasing office inside a condo

You take the whole building. No cap on how many units you list.

Why the building matters

• People search the building name, not the neighbourhood. "Avida Tower Sola for rent" lands on that building's page — and your units are what they see there.
• You post, hide and take down units yourself. Nothing waits on us to approve it.

How it works

If you run a real estate office

Your rooms sit across many buildings, so you are counted in rooms, not buildings — the plans at the top are yours. The building plan above is for an office that works one condo and lists only inside it.

Optional. Your rooms are already in normal search without it. A Special puts one room at the top of a place you choose, and it is labelled as one.

Front page slide

The home page carries 3 moving rows — village, condo, apartment — with 8 rooms in each. That is 24 places in total, and a slide is one of them.

No badge goes on it. Paid and unpaid rooms slide in the same row, so nobody is looking at a wall of adverts — and the rooms that are not there are the ones people notice.

There are only a handful of these at a time on purpose. If the top of every page were for sale, standing there would be worth nothing — and this site would look like the ones we are trying to beat. Take the whole building and its top spot is always yours; no Special needed.

Prices are in Philippine pesos and include VAT. We will walk you through payment when your application goes through. This page is in English for now.
