Eastwood was the first of the country’s IT parks, built to hold offices that never close — call centres and outsourcing floors running on other countries’ business hours. The residential towers went up inside the same enclave, so a large share of the people living here work within walking distance and sleep on a schedule inverted from the rest of the city.
