About this place

3 solo rooms for each Ladies inside 1 New unit in Amaia Skies Avenida Condo Approximate walking times: 5–10 minutes to FEU, UE, and Mapúa; 10–15 minutes to UST and FEATI; and 15–20 minutes to CEU, San Sebastian, and San Beda. Other Manila schools are also accessible by public transport. LRT-1 Doroteo Jose station is across the road. Puregold, laundry services, and BPI are also right in front of the tower. Rent includes Wi-Fi, association dues, purified drinking water, and capped electricity and water. Any excess in the capped electricity and water bills is shared by the number of occupants. Manila’s heat can make anyone uncomfortable, so the unit has 3M solar film, insulation, and a thermal curtain to help reduce heat entering through the window. What I love about a condo setup is the 24/7 security, digital guest log, CCTV, and the condo lounge. As someone who works remotely, it’s nice to have an air-conditioned place to sit, work, or take a break. The rooms are small, and the partitions do not reach the ceiling, so they are not fully enclosed or soundproof. This setup may not suit everyone. But if you value cleanliness, an organized space, and your own designated room rather than a bunk bed, this is worth a visit.
