We take nothing from your commission.

What your team earns on a lease stays between you and them. We are the platform, not a brokerage — we do not supervise your salespersons, we do not sponsor PRC accreditation, and we never sit between you and your client’s money. You pay us for listing, not for closing.

Your team, one account

• Each person on your team signs in with their own login and posts their own rooms. Nobody shares a password.
• The rooms sit together under you, so the count that decides your price is the team’s count — not one person’s.
• Everyone edits only their own rooms. A teammate cannot change or take down a room that is not theirs.
• Every enquiry on a unit goes to the person handling that unit. The tenant reaches them directly.

What it costs

Everything is free until Disyembre 12, 2026 — every plan, no card. After that you pay by how many rooms you keep live at once, never by what you earn.

What we ask in return

A room stays live for 30 days. To keep it up you confirm it is still available — one tap. If nobody confirms, it comes down on its own. That is the whole reason a tenant trusts what they see here, and it is the one thing we will not bend on.

Nothing is ever deleted. A room that goes is marked as taken, so the people who were looking at it can see what happened instead of finding a dead page.
