Listing a place with us

What we do

• We call you to confirm the unit is still available, at the price you gave
• The listing shows the date it was last checked, and whether that was a call or a visit
• We answer the tenant’s questions in their language before they take up your time
• We sit with both sides at the signing

The checked date is the whole product. It is why a tenant trusts a listing here over the same room posted on a Facebook group three months ago.

What it costs

Listing is free and the tenant pays us nothing. Our fee comes from the closed lease, on the owner side, and it is agreed before anything is signed.

What we need from you

• A number we can actually reach — the listing dies the day the number stops answering
• The real price, including what is on top of it
• Photos of the unit as it is now, not of the show unit or of a different floor
• The deposit and advance you are asking for

We will not post a unit we could not confirm by phone. That is not a rule we bend for volume — it is the only thing that makes the rest of the site worth reading.
