You are counted in rooms, not buildings.
An office works wherever the units are — three in one tower, one in a village, two streets away. Nothing here asks you to pick a building or a district first, and your price does not change because your rooms are scattered.
This page is in English while the wording is still being settled. Tagalog and the other languages follow.
Your staff, their own logins
Nobody shares a password. Each person posts under their own login, and the rooms all sit together under the office — so the count that decides your price is the office’s count, not one person’s. Everyone edits only their own rooms, so a new hire cannot take down a listing that is not theirs.
Enquiries follow the room. Whoever is handling that unit is who the tenant reaches.
Every building you work already has a page
People search the building name, not the neighbourhood. Those pages already exist here, and the rooms shown on them are whatever is live in that building right now — including yours. You do not build a page or wait for us to make one.
Type the building name exactly as it is known and your unit lands on that page.
If you work one condo only
Then take the building instead of counting rooms — ₱4,000 / month, or ₱40,000 / year (Two months free). No cap on how many units you list inside it — that is a page of its own.
What it costs
Everything is free until 2026年12月12日 — every plan, no card. After that you pay by how many rooms you keep live at once. We never take a cut of what your office earns on a lease.
See the plansWhat we ask in return
A room stays live for 30 days. Someone in the office confirms it is still available — one tap — or it comes down on its own. An office with fifty rooms feels this more than a landlord with one, and that is the point: what a tenant sees here is what is actually available.
Opening an office account
Register with the licence of the broker who runs the office. We check it against the PRC roster before we approve, then your staff join with a code from your dashboard.
