Why we publish this
We also keep a set of pages for tenants, quoting the same law. That is not a contradiction: the same statutes bind both sides, and most of the fights we see start with a term that was never going to be enforceable.
So the wording here is the same wording there. We are not going to tell you a faster way to remove someone, because there isn’t one — there is the procedure, and there is the version that hands the tenant a case.
Listing with us is free and the tenant pays us nothing. Our fee comes from the closed lease, on the owner side, agreed before anything is signed.
