We are not hiring you. We are the place you list.

You are not applying for a job here and we do not pay you. What you earn on a lease is between you and your broker, exactly as it already is. What we give you is somewhere to put your rooms where the tenants are looking.

Where the tenants come from

We advertise in Filipino, English, Korean, Japanese and Chinese. A Korean family looking for a place in Makati does not find your Facebook post — they find a page in Korean, and the room on it is yours.

An enquiry on your unit goes to you. It is your room and your client.

If your broker is already here

Ask them for a join code. You post under your own login, your rooms sit under their plan, and nothing about your commission changes — that stays your arrangement with them. Only your own rooms are yours to edit; nobody on the team can take down a room that is not theirs.

What it costs you

Everything is free until 2026年12月12日. After that, 3rooms stay free for good, and beyond that you pay by how many you keep live at once — never a cut of what you earn. If you are on your broker’s plan, their count covers you.

What we ask in return

Confirm each room is still available every 30 days, or it comes down on its own. Nothing is deleted — a room that goes is marked as taken. This is the whole reason a tenant here believes a listing is real, and it is why your rooms are worth more here than in a group where nothing is ever taken down.

About accreditation

To close a lease you must be accredited under a licensed broker. That is PRC law, not our rule, and we do not sponsor it — you bring your own broker. We do not ask for a licence number to open your account.
